These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website multivendor.ecommatrix.xyz (the “Website”) and the Ecommatrix mobile or web application (the “App”). The Website and the App are collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform and should uninstall the App immediately. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies of N. I. Biz Soft, including but not limited to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to:

  • Individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and

  • Legal entities or businesses using the Platform.

PLATFORM ROLE & USE OF SERVICES

multivendor.ecommatrix.xyz is a multi-vendor eCommerce marketplace operated by N. I. Biz Soft and acts solely as a technology facilitator.

All commercial and contractual terms — including but not limited to product price, taxes, shipping fees, payment methods, delivery timelines, warranties, and after-sales services — are solely agreed upon between Buyers and Sellers (Vendors).

The Platform:

  • Does not own, sell, resell, or control any listed products

  • Does not guarantee product quality, availability, or delivery performance

  • Does not take possession of products at any point

N. I. Biz Soft is not responsible for:

  • Vendor non-performance or breach of agreement

  • Delays due to vendor processing or stock issues

  • Product quality, mismatch, or dissatisfaction

  • Incorrect, missing, or incomplete orders

All product images and descriptions are representational only and actual products may vary.

USER ACCOUNT & PERSONAL INFORMATION

To use certain features of the Platform, users must create an account. During registration, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Delivery address

  • Other optional profile information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You may update or modify your information at any time.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • Delivery times shown are estimated and may vary

  • Orders are delivered only to the address provided at checkout

  • Any change in delivery address after placing the order may result in order cancellation without refund

  • Failure to accept delivery or provide proper instructions will be treated as successful delivery, and no refund will be applicable

Once an order is marked as delivered, Platform liability ends.

PAYMENTS

Payments made on multivendor.ecommatrix.xyz are processed through third-party payment gateways.

  • The Platform does not store card or payment information

  • Users must use lawfully owned payment methods

  • N. I. Biz Soft is not responsible for unauthorized card usage

Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will be handled according to Platform policies and gateway rules, where applicable.

CANCELLATION & REFUND (DEMO)

  • Orders may be cancelled due to:

    • Product unavailability

    • Vendor operational issues

    • Coverage or delivery constraints

    • Unavoidable circumstances

Refund eligibility (if applicable) depends on:

  • Vendor policies

  • Order status

  • Payment method

All refund decisions made by the Platform or Vendor shall be final and binding.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not engage in activities including but not limited to:

  • Violating laws or regulations

  • Posting false, abusive, obscene, or misleading content

  • Impersonation or fraud

  • Spamming or data harvesting

  • Uploading malicious code or external links

  • Harassment or hate speech

The Platform reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take legal action if required.

MODIFICATIONS & AMENDMENTS

N. I. Biz Soft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
