TERMS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern your use of the website multivendor.ecommatrix.xyz (the “Website”) and the Ecommatrix application for mobile or web-based devices (the “App”). The Website and the App are collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform and should uninstall the App immediately. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and other policies of N. I. Biz Soft, including but not limited to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and related policies published on the Platform from time to time.

The Platform may be used by:

  1. Individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and

  2. Business entities or companies registered under applicable laws.

USE OF PLATFORM & SERVICES

multivendor.ecommatrix.xyz operates as a multi-vendor eCommerce marketplace and functions solely as a technology facilitator between Buyers and Sellers (Vendors).

All commercial and contractual terms, including but not limited to:

  • Product pricing

  • Taxes

  • Shipping and delivery charges

  • Payment methods

  • Delivery timelines

  • Warranties and after-sales services

are solely agreed upon between Buyers and Vendors.
N. I. Biz Soft does not control, determine, or influence these terms.

The Platform may provide Vendors with optional support services such as order management, payment collection, or customer support, under separate agreements.

N. I. Biz Soft shall not be responsible for:

  • Vendor non-performance or breach of agreement

  • Delays due to stock issues or vendor processing

  • Product unavailability or backorders

  • Unsatisfactory product or service quality

ROLE OF THE PLATFORM

The Platform does not:

  • Own, store, or sell any products

  • Take possession of products at any time

  • Hold any ownership rights over listed items

All responsibility related to products and services remains with the respective Vendor.

You acknowledge that N. I. Biz Soft is not liable for:

  • Product quality or mismatch

  • Incorrect or incomplete orders

  • Menu or product availability

  • Any loss, damage, or harm caused by Vendor products

Product images and descriptions are for representation only and actual items may vary.

USER INFORMATION & ACCOUNT

To access certain features, users must create an account. During registration, the Platform may collect:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Delivery address

  • Optional profile information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may update your profile information at any time.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • Delivery timelines shown on the Platform are approximate estimates

  • Orders will be delivered only to the address provided during checkout

  • Any request to change the delivery address may result in order cancellation without refund

  • Failure to receive delivery due to incorrect information or unavailability shall be considered a successful delivery, and no refund will be issued

Once an order is marked as delivered, Platform liability ends.

PAYMENTS

Payments made on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateways.

  • N. I. Biz Soft does not store card or payment information

  • Users must use payment methods lawfully owned by them

  • Users are responsible for maintaining payment security

Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes will be handled according to Platform policy and payment gateway rules.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Post abusive, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content

  • Impersonate others or engage in fraud

  • Upload malicious code, spam, or unauthorized links

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

AMENDMENTS

N. I. Biz Soft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

CANCELLATION

The Platform reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Delivery coverage limitations

  • Vendor issues

  • Any unavoidable or operational circumstances
